Contest Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility:
The contest is open to participants aged 18 and above.
Participants must be following @chartbreakserstv on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Snapchat.
Contestants can submit multiple times and win multiple times.
2. Entry Requirements:
Submissions must include an on-screen mention of Chart Breakers within the first 15 seconds that remains onscreen for a minimum of 5 seconds, includes the hashtag #ChartBreakers1k and tag @chartbreakersTV.
Video entries must feature an original song. If the song features multiple writers, all writers must consent to the contest entry.
Entries that are incomplete, late, or do not meet the criteria will be disqualified.
3. Contest Period:
The contest begins on November 21 and will end at the discretion of show based on available funds.
4. Prize:
The prize is $1000 paid via Zelle within 14 days.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for an alternative prize.
The prize does not guarantee placement on the television show.
5. Winner Selection:
The winners will be selected by the panel of Chart Breakers judges from eligible entries.
The winner will be announced weekly on @chartbreakerstv Instagram page. The winner agrees to make a story post at minimum tagging @chartbreakerstv.
6. Notification of Winners:
The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message.
If the winner does not respond within 3 days, a new winner may be selected.
7. Publicity:
By entering the contest, participants grant Chart Breakers TV the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes.
Chart Breakers has a right to repost all video submissions on Chart Breakers channels.
Songwriter agrees that the submission is free and clear of any legal obligations and is owned solely by the Songwriter. The creator maintains all ownership of their song and video.
8. Privacy:
Personal information collected during the contest will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest and will not be shared with third parties.
9. Instagram Disclaimer:
This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.
10. General Conditions:
Chart Breakers TV reserves the right to modify or terminate the contest at any time.
Chart Breakers TV is not responsible for any lost or misdirected entries, technical malfunctions, or other issues that may prevent participation.
By participating in this contest, participants agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
